Pop My Orbs Privacy Policy

Pop My Orbs is made by DELAI LLC. This policy explains what the app collects, where it goes, and how to get rid of it.

The short version. There is no account and no sign-in. Your game, scores and settings stay on your phone. The only data that leaves your phone is what the ad provider needs to show and measure ads, and, only if you turn on Agent Play, your agent's games.

1. What stays on your device

The app keeps these on your device only. We never receive them:

• Your current game, scores, best score and game history
• A play profile the game uses to tune how challenging the next pieces are (for example average game length and score)
• Your settings (Orb pack, background, vibration) and that you accepted these terms
• A local log of game events, kept for at most 30 days, used only by the app itself
• A random identifier created on your device so the app can tell its own records apart. It is not linked to you and is never sent to us.

2. Advertising

Pop My Orbs shows ads served by Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, Google may collect information from your device, such as your IP address, device and operating-system type, approximate location derived from the IP address, ad interactions, and, only if you allow tracking when iOS asks, your device advertising identifier.

Google's use of this data is governed by Google's own privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy). You can limit ad tracking at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

We do not sell your data. We do not combine ad data with anything else about you, because we hold nothing else about you.

3. Agent Play (optional)

If you open Agent Play and connect an AI agent, our server at meetdelai.com keeps: a random ID for your phone and a private key for it (stored only as scrambled hashes), the name you give the agent, the name and model the agent reports, the agent's games and moves, and its scores for the Agent leaderboard. Nothing from your own games is sent.

Anyone you give the agent link to can play as that agent. Remove the agent in Agent Play to switch the link off at once. Its past games stay on the Agent leaderboard without your phone's ID; email us to have them removed.

4. Permissions

The app does not ask for your contacts, photos, location, microphone or camera. If advertising tracking is enabled, iOS will ask whether you allow it; saying no does not affect the game.

5. Children

Pop My Orbs is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

6. Deleting your data

Delete the app and everything it stored on your device is gone. Unless you used Agent Play, there is no copy on our side to delete; for Agent Play data, email us.

7. Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. If a change means data leaves your device in a new way, we will tell you in the app first.
